of passion and purpose.
- Set goals to attract future success into your personal and
business life.
- Have a sounding board and gut check to make sure you are on
the right path.
The Process
- Assessment: With the decision
to move forward we will send you a confidential assessment to
complete either on-line or in hardcopy. At your discretion we
can provide you with “observer” assessments that you
could have the people you interact with complete.
- Consultation: We will meet
face-to-face or by telephone to discuss the results of the assessment
and how it impacts your desired goals. Then we will develop an
action plan to strengthen the constructive elements of your thinking,
behavior and skill sets.
- Personal Coaching: We will then set
up a series of monthly 1-2 hour personal coaching sessions in person or by
telephone combined with email support to assist you with setting
and keeping your goals and action plans.
- You will be expected to submit an update form in advance
of each personal coaching session.
- The personal coaching process can be discontinued at any time. We
recommend a four to six month commitment.
- Personal coaching sessions can be scheduled at your convenience either
during the business day or in the evening.
