Conducting an Effective Performance Review

In this 3.5 hour workshop (8:30 AM to 12 Noon), we will give managers the skills they need to evaluate performance, prepare for and conduct an effective performance review and follow up on future performance.

One client, IMT in Ingersoll, Ontario has agreed to allow other companies to join in for a half-day workshop they are having us facilitate on Tuesday, October 24th.
