Leader Behavior Builder™ System
After each module has been completed, your frontline leaders will commit to change one leadership behavior. Our system will then check in with your leaders to remind them to put their learning into action and provide a self-rating.
HR Managers will receive a progress report that outlines the commitments being made and demonstrates how individual skills are expanding as participants move through the course.
