Using the Actionable platform, you'll set up your Leader Behavior Builder commitment to practicing the skill. Over the next two weeks, you'll receive follow-up emails from us and check-in requests from the platform to support your progress.
At the end of each two-week period, you'll get a personalized report detailing your commitment and reflecting on your perceived progress.
Then, you'll receive another email, ready for you to choose your next leadership skill to tackle for the upcoming two weeks.
