The course is an engaging mix of videos, light reading, activities, reflections, and quizzes to keep participants interested and focused while learning the skills it takes to be a successful front line leader. It includes downloadable content, including helpful visuals and templates, that participants can use on the job.

We all know that, all too often, training is like drinking from a firehose, with far too much information given at once. To combat this and ensure that participants have ample time to digest and process the information and apply it to the shop floor, training modules will be released every two weeks. Participants receive an email alerting them that the next module is available through the Front Line Leadership On Demand platform. And because the course is on demand, they can complete it at their own pace.

Each module/topic will take 1 to 2 hours to complete. Front line leadership expert Greg Schinkel teaches the concepts through video segments that are accompanied by engaging quizzes, activities, and reflections so participants can apply the concepts to their specific situation and challenges on the job.

At the end of each module, participants will use our Leader Behavior Builder™️ to set a commitment to put one new leadership behavior into action over the course of two weeks. The system will check in with them over that two-week period to remind them of their commitment and collect a self-rating of their progress and observations.A progress report will be made available to you at the end of the course so you can see how your leaders have grown their capabilities.

For the best learning experience, please ensure each person has their own device (laptop, desktop, tablet or phone) and headset. The course is structured for individual learning so if you enroll multiple participants, each will access the course on their own device.

A graduation certificate is provided upon successful completion of all 10 modules, including completion of at least 6 Leader Behavior Builder™️ commitments.
