How Your Team will Apply Their Learning

• Leader Behavior Builder – Participants will set a commitment to apply at least one new leadership approach and the system will check in with them over a 30-day period to remind them and to ask for a self-rating and observation. You will receive a report showing what they applied and the growth they have achieved.
• Coaching Conversation – Participants will share with their manager the key insights gained from the training, their leadership strengths assessment, their vision for their department and how they are planning to apply the training back on the job.

Logistics

• The training day is from 8 AM to 4:30 PM each day.
• Accommodation is available near the training site.
• Dress code is casual (Jeans are okay).
• Morning, afternoon and lunch breaks with refreshments are provided.
