Front Line Leadership Training is a process, not an event

Applying the skills learned in each module is a vital element of our Front Line Leadership On Demand courses.

Leader Behavior Builder™ System

After each module has been completed, your front line leaders will commit to changing one leadership behavior. The system will then check in with them to remind them to put their learning into action and provide a self-rating.

HR Managers will receive a progress report that outlines the commitments being made and demonstrates how individual skills are expanding as participants move through the content.


Logistics for the Front Line Leadership On Demand Courses

Training modules will be released every two weeks to allow your participants the time to absorb and apply the learning on the job. Each module/topic will take 1 to 2 hours to complete. Front line leadership expert Greg Schinkel teaches the concepts through video segments which are accompanied by engaging quizzes, activities and reflections so participants can apply the concepts to their specific situation and challenges.

At the end of each module/topic, the participant will set a commitment using the Leader Behavior Builder™️ system and the system will check in with them over a two-week period to remind them of their commitment and collect a self-rating of their progress and observations.

Participants receive an email alerting them that the next module is available through the Front Line Leadership On Demand platform.

For the best learning experience, please ensure each person has their own device (laptop, desktop, tablet or phone) and headset. The course is structured for individual learning so if you enroll multiple participants, each will access the course on their own device.

A graduation certificate is provided upon successful completion of all 10 modules, including completion of their Leader Behavior Builder™️ commitments.
