Shipping method
We use ground courier shipping, unless a different method is requested by the customer, or unless a different method is specified in the description of a specific item.
Returns and Refunds
- Electronically downloaded products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless specifically mentioned in the item description.
- Webinars and course enrollments: Once registered for a webinar or course enrollment, you are permitted to substitute individuals up to the webinar or course date. Refunds of registration fees are not permitted. Specific courses or webinars may have different policies which will be noted on that specific course or webinar description.
- Books, training kits, CD’s, DVD’s may be returned in saleable condition for a full refund of the purchase price (Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable). Any returns must be made within 60 days of the purchase date. To make a return please contact us by email or telephone for instructions.
- Specific products and services may have different return policies which are noted on those products and services.
